Ranking Priorities

I used ranking priorities for my Philosophy and Psychology courses. For each, I put exams and/or papers that were coming up as my priorities in the A-1 through A-4 Columns. I then put all of the readings in the textbook following my biggest grades, (exams and papers) in the B-1 through F-1 columns. I liked using Ranking priorities as a problem solving strategy because it was the easiest way to look at what your semester is really going to look like, as well as what you will need to focus on the most. I believe it will help me realize what I need to get done, and when I need to get it done and I will be able to cross it off after it is completed and focus on the other priorities for the remainder of the semester.

  1. I'm curious as to whether or not it actually worked because often times even after we write down our "Need To Do's", we still end up going astray. But it seems like you did a solid job laying out all of your tasks and prioritizing.
